“Chindian Fusion” started off as a small neighborhood restaurant in late 2010 in Kalina Santacruz east, seating only twenty people at a time. The capacity of the restaurant was not an issue because it’s philosophy of serving ‘good food’ and ‘serving it well’ in a hygienic environment was and is still the top priority. The authentic Chinese food , Indian Food and friendly personalized service soon gained guests from Kalina to all over Santacruz east, each leading to another by the word of mouth alone. It was soon featured in Mid-day and favoured as a ‘best value’ restaurant. 2011 ' King Chilli mearged with Chindian Fusion & was been called" King Chilli Chindian Fusion ". In year 2013 saw the need to cater to the growing clientele and finally took shape around August-September when King Chilli Chindian Fusion geared up for an “upgrade”. The current location in 1- Shop no.5, 175a ,Gabriel House, Santacruz east, Mumbai 400029 is a spacious dining hall seating more than forty people at a time, dishing out some of the finest Chinese food innovations by Master Chef Prashant which has attracted the best reviews from foodies all over.

With the support and love of the people, we look into the future with great optimism and aim to be a household name in Chinese food in Mumbai.
