• Trained at the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (Dadar Catering College)
• In the bakery business since the last 10 years
• Supplies designer cakes and other bakery savouri
es to major Corporates. Shubhada Kotibhaskar:-
• Retired instructor from the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology
• Has been teaching Bakery for the last 20 years.
• Has done her BSc [Home Science] and then got her Diploma in Bakery from The Technical Board of Maharashtra
• Has trained some of the top chefs in the bakery industry
