Growing up in Mahe, an idyllic coastal town in North Kerala, I failed to realize how little the world knew of the cuisine that came from the South West Indian Coast. The more I travelled, the more I got inspired to create a platform to popularize this cuisine, from Mumbai to Kanyakumari. I am introducing some extremely traditional and unique Coastal recipes, which you would probably get to eat o
nly at one’s home. More than a decade of experimentation with flavors, careful use of a combination of spices as per traditional recipes and serving more than 200 different palettes, these recipes are created to fit across different palettes, without compromising on the flavor. With a large helping of my deep-rooted passion, it is a pleasure to introduce and popularise the exotic and versatile Western Indian Coastal Cuisine to the world! Our Promise:
