This August, Nksha brings these stories to the forefront with The Heritage Table - an ongoing culinary series dedicated to India’s diverse community cuisines, told through the chefs, food and memories that carry them forward.

Each chapter will bring one community to the table - not just through what is served, but through the stories, traditions and conversations that give the cuisine its identity.
