LEGACY OF DELICACY
Nivval MODAKPREM was the idea born on the 25th birthday of our founder Vaishnavi Rane .i.s.h.i._ . It was the day she decided to deliver the wonderful experience of having the best premium quality modak, from that point there was no turning back for this young, dynamic entrepreneur.
By Learning and exploring new things she mastered her forte, cooking, into an extraordinary talent of making the delicate modak which has never been sold in this market before. With the birth of nivval modakprem she has the vision of making modak a brand and keeping the tradition alive. We executed our idea on 23rd November 2021 अंगारकी संकष्टी चतुर्थी by successfully selling 97 modaks on that day
As the name says निव्वळ मोदकप्रेम (NIVVAL MODAKPREM) which means pure love for modak.
We are the brand who exclusively deals with the premium quality, authentically handcrafted, freshly made modak. As time passed by, we introduced more flavours and varieties in our Modak and we are still doing it. By the help of our founder's father Mr.Sharad Rane who is a farmer,she and we bacame the first one to sell Modak steamed in turmeric leaves (हळदीच्या पानातले उकडीचे मोदक) in this giant food market.
In the span of 4 months we have successfully delivered more than 1300 Modak and the number is still growing. After a lot of research, a lot of failed attempts, here we are delivering hundreds of modaks and striving to make our customers happy and satisfied by giving them the wonderful experience of having premium quality MODAK
The journey wasn't easy at all and the learning will never stop, we still have a long way ahead.
