Simple, Tasty Surmai Fish Fry

☕ रंगाज् किचन का स्पेशल चाय मसाला - चुटकीभर मसाला अपनी चाय मे डालो और चाय की प्याली और मजेदार बनाओ

रंगाज् किचन क्लासिक चाय मसाला इस प्रकार से इस्तेमाल करें 👇

Potato Salli Chivda / बटाटा खीस चिवडा (उपवासाचा) in rangaaskitchen - MAHA SHIVRATRI SPECIAL

This is an instant and easy but special recipe for Maharashtrian and Gujrati households. Its Sweet and spicy and then little salty and is enjoyed as a snack, practically anytime and yes today as on Vrat or Upwas but in CONTROL!

Ingredients

1 Cup Grated Potato (Sun Dried)
3/4 th cup Groundnuts
2-3 Green Chillies chopped
1-2 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (As per taste)
Salt and Sugar To Taste
Cooking Oil (Preferably Groundnut Oil

Very Quick and Easy Recipe Indeed!!!

Carefully Deep Fry or even shallow fry sun dried grated potato strings and put them on Kitchen Napki. to absorb extra oil

On Medium flame fry groundnuts and green chillies (Do not over burn or it will give a bad taste)

Grind Salt and Sugar and Keep aside

Mix all the fried ingredients and add spices, salt and sugar, give a gentle mix and you will crave for it with the crunchy "कुरकुरा" sound from the vessel...चलो खओ अभी...थोडा संभलके..Its a snack and not a Meal!
