Recently, a delivery order placed on our website http://brasserie1935.com/ got misplaced and didn't reflect in our system.

The customer Swati Gokhale and her husband Padmanabh Gokhale understandably angry visited our outlet. Like everything, there are 2 sides
1. Customer who has paid and hasn't received the order
2. Restaurant which cannot see the order in their system

We would like inresto by Dineout to reach out to this customer, explain and apologise.

Within 4 hours (as per Inresto systems), the issue is resolved. Note: We have CCTV recording, screenshots for all we speak here.

While we hope that happens, we want to make our customers aware of other things that ensued
1. Swati harassed our 70 year old owner for over an hour not allowing him to explain that he is new to the software.
2. Her husband issued threats like I work for Reliance and I can hurt your business.
3. Now they are asking their friends to post hurtful reviews on Google and Zomato.
4. They compared our outlet to a road side outlet.

They kept saying it is our problem to resolve which is correct but for us to realise the same, the order has to reflect in our system. Without that, every person walking to our restaurant asking for a refund is no different from a bully who is extorting money from us

As a principle, we do not respond to bullies, hooligans and threats. To survive in the hospitality industry is impossibly hard with everyone from official authorities and companies like Swiggy/Zomato exploiting us. We sincerely hope our customers are neutral and to every genuine customer we promise to deliver the best possible experience.
