Today's recipe is easy to make, and goes well with basically every main course!
Egg Fried Rice
Procedure
1. Finely chop the garlic, onion, carrots and beans
2. Cook rice and cool it well, ensuring the grains are separated
3. Beat the egg in a bowl
4. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan, pour beaten egg into the pan, add a little salt and pepper powder
5. When the egg sets a little, stir and scramble it, and keep it aside
6. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok, add garlic and sauté for a few minutes
7. Add finely chopped beans, carrot and stir on high flame, ensuring the vegetables retain their crunchiness
8. Add cooked-and-cooled rice, salt and pepper powder to taste, soya sauce and toss to combine until well coated
9. Add prepared egg, scramble and toss well
