Recipe and method to prepare Aaloo Kachaaloo: Mau Ki Chatpati Style Mein

Ingredients:
1): 250 gms medium to small size potatoes
2): whole spices — coriander, cumin, black pepper and red chilies
tamarind
3): sugar or jaggery (to taste)
4): rock salt to taste

Method:
1): 250 gms medium to small size, boiled and peeled potatoes.
2): Roast and grind together whole coriander, cumin, black pepper and red chilies.
3): Soak tamarind, drain and reserve water. Add little sugar or jaggery.
4): Cut boiled potatoes into round slices. Sprinkle roasted masala powder, rock salt to taste, add a table spoon of tamarind jaggery sauce.
5): Toss lightly and serve as a snack.
