Our Banjar Kebab is an ode to the legacy of tandoor-based cooking. Marinated in cashew, hung curd and a mix of masalas and coriander, before being slow-cooked in a tandoor to achieve that perfect level of char.

BFT wears many hats, and our oriental menu is one of them. Our Baby Corn and Mushroom Chilli is one of the most popular dishes on that section of the menu, with its beautiful savoury notes and its crunchy, yet soft, textures that all come together wonderfully.
