Our Vanilla Mixed Berry Cake features soft vanilla butter sponge layered with homemade mixed berry compote, silky vanilla custard cream, and light vanilla Chantilly, finished with fresh berries.

We first served this cake during our 7th Anniversary Celebration, and the response was overwhelming. Every single person who tasted it loved it and that’s exactly why we decided to make it a permanent part of our menu.
