Kizhi Parotta, the new sensation that has caught everyone's attention. A new cloud kitchen who are open for 17 hours on a given day, that's crazy.This delicacy is from down south: the land of spices, Kerala. Hadn't come across this so far, let alone eaten.

It's nothing but curry sandwiched in between two parottas, wrapped in a banana leaf which is tied into a knot. The banana leaf is steamed so that the dish acquires a bit of aroma into it. The level of spice on this was BOMB. I won't be surprised if you pause for a while after 2-3 intakes cause it is that spicy. The curry is excellent and parottas are slightly squishy after soaking in all the gravy. This has to be on your to eat list.

Keralite cuisine never fails to amuse me. Tried the Kizhi Porotta from and had a real good experience.🤤

This is the Chicken Kizhi Porotta which is Kerala special hot porottas with meat and curry on the inside. It also has a boiled egg which adds to the delight.

💰 ₹130

Black Salt, a cloud kitchen is the very first service delivering these in Mangalore.😋 They also have veg options and a variety of other food including Kerala specials. They also deliver HOOKAHS.

The Porotta was perfectly soft while hot. The meat was mushy enough and cooked well with the curry being picante. Eat it while hot for best experience.

Yes, you all heard me they are open from 8am- 4am (next day) bringing in several cuisines giving wide variety of options to hop in for breakfast in bed, or if u feeling sluggish through your day to midnight dinner while you enjoy your slumber party! 😉

for those of you who don't know it's a chicken masala with boiled eggs and spices sandwiched between ordinary porotta in a banana leaf bag(potli) and steam cooked to perfection ...
And they have nailed it !
