A divine amalgamation of 3 ingredients that are quintessential to a café & are incorporated with the ‘s oat milk to create the perfect harmony.

We thought we’ll have some fun and let you guys guess the 3 ingredients.
One random person to get all 3 ingredients right, gets a chance to treat themselves and two of their friends to 3 hearty cups of Trinity on the house.

We are happy to introduce you to our new bean, the Gemblary.
This medium roast bean is grown in the scenic Shevaroy Hills of Tamil Nadu and is roasted by the talented team at based in the ‘Pink City’ of India, Jaipur.

A medium bodied, crisp brew with subtle nuttiness and underlying sourness.

One of our favourite ways to make this is to french press it.

Well, maybe not. We .mandala.cafe present to you the

We created this scrumptious and decadent dessert drink using , a local Chocolatier based in Puttur, DK.

This chocolate has 67% cacao and is sweetened with jaggery making it 100% vegan!
