Sometimes the most delicious food is the most easiest to make, and the art of my craft is knowing what needs to go in and what needs to be excluded. That's what makes a good chef. Boasting?? Nope! Just grateful I'm gifted with this amazing urge to learn and grateful for all my teachers who taught me the nuances of great food.
