I’m the guy behind Chango’s, and apparently I still haven’t had enough of ramen.

So I’m experimenting with gourmet veg ramen at home.

Today:
tofu char siu + miso broth.

No menu. No recipe book.
Just me trying to see how far we can take veg ramen.
