Trichy gets its supply of hybrid cucumbers from outside. It usually gets a day or 2 old when we get them home.

Since we love sandwiches and salads, we tried to grow them organic and under green shade (pest prevention). I make sandwiches everyday now☺.

Now, our small farm is able to supply few vegetabes to our neighbours too!

While I was working on plants, Murali developed interest in livestock. Beyond 9 to 5, he has been learning all about hens and cows to develop the farm.
And he got enticed by Gir cows after tasting A2 ghee. How they elevate the taste of a simple dish!!
Now, our farm prides itself on having some wonderful gir cows including a swarna kapila.
