The Dining cuisine is European, varied in its flavours and encompasses such country side classics as Pot Pies and Bangers & Mash, alongside stylish classics such as Hungarian Goulash and Fish Baked in White Wine. Our wide selection of Breads is made with care from scratch, no ready mixes are used or artificial flavours or preservatives. The range of breads includes multi grains, whole wheat flour breads, Focaccias and French staples such as Butter and Almond Croissants, Ficelles, to name a few. The Culinarium Pastry range has already garnered a following from Nilgiri residents and beyond. Our selection includes Mille Feuilles, Eclairs, Operas, Baba Au Rhums, Paris Brests and a variety of cakes and flans. The pastries all have unique flavours and are made from original recipes with authentic ingredients.
