Calling all Super Moms, Dads & Grandparents! 💚

Can you create a healthy, delicious breakfast or evening snack that can be prepared in 10 minutes or less? Show us your creativity and inspire healthy eating!

👨‍👩‍👧 Who can participate?
• Moms
• Dads
• Grandparents

📌 Rules:
✅ Bring your dish already prepared.
✅ Heating can be done at the venue, if required.
✅ The recipe should require no more than 10 minutes of preparation time.
✅ Every participant must be accompanied by at least one child.
✅ Registration is required only for participants. Children can accompany them free of charge.
