Khawab In Khawab we serve Hyderabadi Kachhi Biryani. The meat is marinated for 10 hrs & then layered with R The Biryani is India's most beloved dish.

It originated in the Mughal courts. One can find the classic version, Awadhi style, in Lucknow, Delhi and other small principalities of North India. This is the style which is also very popular in Bengal. Khawab has chosen to bring the Hyderabadi style to Kolkata. Hyderabadi food has its own distinct identity. It has borrowed something from everywhere, not just all over India, but also from Persia

and Arabia. It is said, that in Hyderabad the best food comes with 'fursat' (leisure) and 'Mohabbat' (love).. Food should be made with a lot of love thrown in.
