The flavours of Khichri is a culture every Indian child has grown up to. It still remains a part of our lives; and more so as one grows older too. The nutritional value in this dish is extremely high. We want to bring this beautiful food to the world. Khichri is perceived as food for the unwell. But those are not its limitations. It is truly a well balanced meal for everyone. Here, in our kitchens, we will employ women from local areas, empowering them to cook various kinds of perfectly planned khichri meals, which will be freshly prepared as a customer orders it, to be delivered to their location. We want to primarily feed the children that stay away from their homes in other cities. We want to give them a variety of tasty khichri meals to choose from, where each of these meals have been perfectly and nutritionally designed by our reputed in-house nutritionist. The vigilant care of the brand for selection of choicest ingredients is clubbed with the perfection of Khichdi Khichri chefs and cooks paving the way for tasty Khichdi. We are working with rice conservatory labs, using naturally grown hybrids, of which some rice we use are enriched and fortified with iron, calcium, silver to name a few, for those who need these dietary supplements. While working on our business model, we have been mindful and thoughtful about how we can connect with our local resources as much, promoting the value of 'slow food', a process which helps to reduce carbon footprints in the food industry.
