Eggless Gulab Jamun Mithai Cake:

6 inch round cake mould

1 cup (250ml.cup size)all purpose flour/maida (120 gram)
1/4 cup milk powder (30 gram)
1 tsp baking powder (5 gram)
1/2 tsp baking soda (2.5 gram)
1/2 cup powdered sugar (60 gram)
2 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
1/2 tsp rose essence
1/2 tsp cardamom essence
1/4 tsp kesar/ saffron essence (optional)
1 tsp vinegar/ lemon juice
1/4+1/4+1/4 cup room temperature milk

Bake 180°preheated oven for 30-45 minutes or as per your oven takes time.
