From One Woman to a Winning Team: The Heart of Cotts and Coco ☕✨

In 2019, Cotts and Coco opened its doors in Laketown with a simple dream and a lot of passion. Back then, there were days when the lights were on, the coffee was brewing, and I—Suvra Saha—was doing it all by myself. From taking orders to serving plates, those early days taught me that a cafe is built on more than just beans and bread; it’s built on heart.

Fast forward to today, and Cotts and Coco has blossomed into something truly special. We are proud to be a woman-run space, and I am no longer alone. I am now joined by an incredible, hardworking team of young women: Riya, Tuktuki, Priyanka, and Koyel.

If you’ve visited us recently, you’ve seen their smiling faces. But behind those smiles, is a level of sincerity and thoughtfulness that makes me proud every single day.
