It's the of Porrk Paagla (the ever brand of ) today 🎂 - a journey which started exactly ago on has been an extremely satisfying (ofcourse not without it's share of extreme challenges) one and much more till date for us - we had no clue on the first day when we opened our first stall ever at **e (Sealdah) as to what kind of response will we get from the foodies of Kolkata - how will we be recieved by the festival audience - whether even one sale will happen or not 🤣 - too many doubts and fear of failure in our mind at that point of time but somehow we still took that step of opening up a pork only brand in a food festival which nobody ever has even imagined in their wildest dreams - forget about doing it in reality - and glad we did putting all our fears and doubts aside because what happened next was nothing short of a miracle or a fairytale - we had stocked only 25kgs of on the first day before opening our stall hoping we should be able to sell it off within 5 days and then, we suddenly realised that we were barely within 2.5 hours (forget 5 days) - what an emphatic start it was truly and as they say - the rest is history ❤️
The credit goes to that who showcased faith on our food on the very first day itself and then again returned with his better half as a repeat customer and in the process coincidentally became our as well - we have also got our already - credit also goes to our incredible team working in the kitchen and the counter - credit certainly goes to each one of you (4500 plus pork lovers) who has tried our food and encouraged us to do even better in the near future through your appreciation (and even rebuke/fun) posts all across social media which has made this one month old brand and our delicacies like , and (what we refer to as Dry Chilli Pork lovingly 😄) to name a few already courtesy thousand of posts on various social networking sites regarding our unique - our heartfelt gratitude to each one of you and to those 500 plus foodies whom we have converted from non-pork eaters to pork lovers till date - that is our biggest achievement undoubtedly 💯😍
We are also genuinely flattered to see quite a few brands (even some established ones) have suddenly started selling pork in their menu offlate inspired by our success story - well the more the merrier and since, we are completely confident of our unique pork delicacies - we are not at all bothered - in fact, we are happy to turn into within barely one month of our existence as a brand 😊
We haven't done too bad together - what say - thank you for backing this bold endeavour with all your might bhai 💯
for all the , , and that you all have showered on us incessantly over the past one month across our four locations till date (Sealdah, Dumdum, Jadavpur University and Belghoria) - today is our at (17Pally ir Math - Belgharia) - we will be stationed here from till today - try and drop in today because the food festival season in and around Kolkata is about to end - we might popup again soon but those will be out of Kolkata as of now so can be considered as our this season in Kolkata till we set up something permanently 🙏🧿
