There are a few varities of Olive oil available in the market from the very pure and highest quality - Extra Virgin to Pomace. Olive oil in any form is super healthy and full of antioxidants. The difference between the various varities is the purity, press and produce.
A cold pressed extra virgin olive is so beneficial that it can be drizzled on a salad, pasta, pizza or even had by itself. Because of the nature and presence of Olive particles in it and Extra Virgin oil cannot be used to cook, hence second presses or dilutions of the same are used for cooking.
