My journey from a being management trainee to being the junior sous chef and now to being a restaurant owner has been exhilarating. My motive has always been to keep working on my skills personally despite the professional training. I remember I started my first business as a home baker when I was in school and since then I knew what I want to achieve. I have always been considered as the one who goes against the odds to achieve new heights. Despite the challenge today, I have some great people around me who are support me!â
Today, I am enjoying every moment of my professional career because it allows me to be who I am.
