আজ 22শে শ্রাবণ. আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে স্মৃতিতর্পনের এক ক্ষুদ্র প্রচেষ্টা. কবিগুরুর প্ৰিয় একটি পদ, যা শিলাইদহের নৌকাজীবনের সঙ্গে জড়িয়ে ছিল তা রান্না করে সবার সামনে আনার চেষ্টা করলাম আমরা. দেশি মুরগি, চিংড়িমাছ বাটা আর ডিম সহযোগে তৈরী এই রান্নাটির নাম গোয়ালন্দ স্টিমার কারি. কালকে থেকে এই রান্না ঢুকে পড়লো লা পাপলুর বিশেষ অনুরোধের মেনুতে. পরীক্ষা প্রার্থনীয়.
