Well I have seen it in reality- a british national is all set to work her way through to her family's heart. Yes indeed. Food is an intimate experience. Good food creates memories, forges friendship and makes the hearts grow fonder and also gives room for good dinner table conversations.
Libby found Thomas Kurien's, taste & decided to master his favourite dishes on her week long holiday at Cochin.
We were more than happy to upgrade her Indian cooking skills- Biriyani, Parippu payasam, Roti, Paneer makhani, Appam, Chicken Khorma, Dosa, Idli, Sambhar, Chutney et al.
Libby, who works for the House of Commons is also busy preparing Biriyani for her friends & family back home in Amsterdam.😀
