Though we haven't been taking orders in full swing, it was indeed a pleasure to bake a few of our signature Xmas rum fruit cakes for some dear frnds like family for this Christmas... 🤗♥️....
Light, fluffy, buttery, bacardi rum infused fruit cake, topped with crunchy toasted walnuts, cashews and hazelnuts... The dark caramel gives these beauties the signature dark brown shade... & that fragrance of the spice & cinnamon... Sigh! 💞....

Layers of light, airy vanilla sponge filled with a homemade strawberry compote and white chocolate whipped cream... Topped with gorgeous fresh strawberries and blue berries... 😋....
A combination loved and devoured in no time, I couldn't be happier with the opportunity to bake this yummy dessert for a family that's always considered me & mine as one of their own... truly grateful! ♥️....
