A Kaffir lime mojito is a refreshing and zesty twist on the classic mojito cocktail. It's made by muddling fresh Kaffir lime leaves, lime wedges, and mint leaves in a glass, then adding sugar and white rum. Crushed ice is added, and the mixture is topped with soda water.
