Timur Kachi Restaurant, Edappally Timur Kachi Restaurant is the one and only branded biryani which was founded by entrepreneur Bindu Pauly. What the chef created was later known as 'Brian'.

Originally, this biriyani was invented during the Timurid dynasty in the 13th century. The emperor Timur requested the chef to prepare a balanced nutritious food for his soldiers that is something dry but juicy while eating. ers. Our first outlet of was opened in April 8 2016 at Valanjambalam namely 'Timur Kachi Restaurant'. Right from the beginning we always ensured that the Biriyani made at TKB is both delicious and fine quality. The brand has been built to become the best Biriyani brand in India with a chain of restaurants all over the country.
