Sweet Tooth baking has always been a passion. as much as i love baking i love to see a little face light up like Home bakes with ingredients I would use for my kids.

Most of my recipes have butter and egg unless specifically asked to avoid them. Baked with lots of love and passion.

A Christmas Cake for my new officemates! I decided to treat them with chocolate and vanilla layers sandwiched with mocha buttercream. The 3kg cake stood tall with a christmas tree adorning the side. Enjoyed every stage of baking and decorating this cake.

Baking seems to be a far fetched dream with my life taking a surprise turn. Though its exciting to be working with a dynamic group of people, I must admit Im missing out on a lot of things that I had taken for granted earlier..like baking. Amidst all the chaos of christmas round the corner and a lot of projects kicking off at work, I truly enjoyed baking this special cake for my colleagues on the occasion of Christmas celebration. Every cake has a lovely story behind it. Though I am on a break from baking, I couldn't say no to this customer for whom Ive been baking cakes for her 3 daughters for the past few years. And boy I am glad I didnt! Loved every bit of the process which reminded me why exactly I love baking.
