I am a professional baker, having done my initial baking diploma and French culinary diploma from Mauritius, I took baking as a passion and tried variety of cakes and designs, I did another more focused diploma from LAPT (London Academy of Professional Training), fast forward i started as a home baker, moved onto running a successful pastry/ cake business in Mauritius and now that we have moved to India i have now started my business from Kharar, we have just opened our first store here in Kharar (Jhungain Road), please feel free to visit us and try out our delicaies.
