🍽 Cheese Balls Recipe Ft. Butterfly Panko Bread Crumbs 🧀✨
Craving something crispy outside and cheesy inside? Try these homemade cheese balls made extra crunchy with Butterfly Panko Bread Crumbs! 😍

🌟 Ingredients:
2 medium potatoes (boiled & grated)
3 cheese cubes (grated)
50g paneer (grated)
1 tbsp black pepper
Salt to taste
2–3 tbsp maida
2–3 tbsp Butterfly Panko Breadcrumbs
For slurry: equal parts cornstarch + maida + water
Extra panko breadcrumbs for coating
Oil for frying

🧀 Method:
Combine grated potatoes, cheese, paneer, black pepper & salt. Mix evenly and form a dough.
Add 2–3 tbsp maida and 2–3 tbsp panko breadcrumbs to tighten the mixture.
Scoop and roll into small, smooth balls.
Make a slurry using equal parts cornstarch and maida.
Dip each ball into the slurry, then coat generously with Butterfly Panko Breadcrumbs for that perfect crunch.
Deep fry on medium–high flame until golden & crispy.
Serve hot and enjoy the cheesy bite! 🤤🔥
