Why it's fun cooking just to cook: sous vide fish came out a bit fu**ed up, so what do we do? Improvise! Thai style Halibut cakes with sweet chili roasted butternut squash, sesame greens, and crispy garlic radish salad. I'm no photographer, and food means more how it tastes, not how many squeeze bottles or tweezers used. 😏 Cooking with love is always the answer. Love ya'll, smile, and be good to everyone! ❀️
