Little golden bombs of happiness đź’›

Our First try on Bomboloni , a traditional Italian doughnuts. These yeast-risen pastries are fried until golden, rolled in granulated sugar, and generously filled with rich vanilla pastry cream, chocolate, or jam.

They turned out almost perfect . !!
