Why Choose Our Homestay ?

Ours homestay is an Owner Operated Property and not an agent managed property. The team that will deliver you homestay services is the same with whom you will do the booking unlike many other properties where you interact with a different person for booking and homestay service is delivered by someone else.

We’re a registered homestay under the Gold category of West Bengal Tourism Department. It’s a combination Property in Lower Kolakham, nested atop Changey Waterfall and away from the crowded Upper Kolakham. Our homestay is off the road and free from vehicular noise. It’s a gated house with 24 by 7 CCTV coverage and features :

Silent Valley Hawaghar - Round shaped terrace inspired by ganeshtok, right in the middle of valley from where you can sit and embrace the nature with 360 degree valley view, Mt Khanchendzonga, Sangphung Waterfall, Lava Monastery, Reshyop, and Reshi River flowing towards Rhenock in Sikkim, it’s an ideal place for clicking memorable pictures.

Kolakham Green Bliss - Plants ‘n Pot Studio with beautiful lawn and sit-out area, besides its well-maintained kitchen garden. The place also sells beautiful succulents and cactus, potted plants, and pots.

Cafe Himalayan HotPot– Round shaped café with beautiful ambiance, low lying seating, colorful furniture, 20 windows overseeing the valley and river with an indoor fireplace and karaoke for open mic events and art displays.

Kolakham souveniers - Traditional Buddhist style gift shop with local handicrafts and pickles flanking colorful roof in the front yard, overseeing the kitchen garden.

Rangeela Kolakham Art Studio – Accessible to allcomers, where artistic work can be viewed and created collaboratively exploiting "Art therapy" to explore & express emotions using art as a means of communication
