time for a maple talk 🍁

most “maple syrups” are just basically sugar syrup and flavours

when we decided to add some maple items to the menu, we teamed up with Maple Joe and used 100% Grade A Canadian maple syrup

fun fact: real maple syrup comes straight from maple tree sap, giving it a richer, more layered flavour than artificial maple-flavoured syrup

try it on our Maple Butter Churros or sip it in the Maple Matcha Horchata while the collab is still around

& yes... once this menu leaves, the maple items leave too

Focaccia Raja went from being one of our first customers ever to now our BREAD MAN! it’s been so dope getting to work w/ Ankit 🫶 his focaccia is seriously international grade, and he makes it right here in Seawoods. for those who don’t know, focaccia is a soft and fluffy Italian bread that’s made w/ olive oil. our Jamaica Birria Sando & Avo Toast both are served w/ this currently; only on the menu for a couple more weeks so try them ASAP!
