BAKED VEGETABLE

100 gms French beans
2 capsicum
1 cup boiled Sweet corns
1 bunch spinach chopped
1 boiled patato
1/2 cup boiled macaroni
1 cup peas
100 grm paneer
6,7 garlic cloves
2 green chillis
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp black paper pdr
2 cup white sauce
1/2 tsp chilli sauce
1tsp tomato ketchup
1 cup grated processed cheese
Oil

Method:-
IN kadhai heat oil add chopped garlic & green chillies. Add onions saute till transparent. Add chopped French beens saute for a minute then add capsicum saute add corns all veggies & Marconi.Add red chilli pdr salt paper, chilli sauce & tomato ketchup and. Saute well till water evaporates. Put the above in to a backing dish and pour the white sauce over the vegetables spread grated chees on the white sauce and for flavor sprinkle tittle chilli pdr. place into an oven and back at 170 180 c for 30 to 40 min.
Then ready to serve with garlic bread.
