Founder Director of company - Tea Tradition Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd and owner of Brand “Tea Tradition”, Deepak Matolia strategically decided to temporarily suspend operations of all the “Tea Tradition Cafes” EXCEPT, the one in Manipal University, Jaipur Campus.
It is indeed the toughest decision I have ever taken. But looking at economic uncertainty, this pandemic has created, including the situation post Lock Down, and also some internal in-efficiencies, we strongly believe that in the larger interest of all stakeholders, this is the correct decision.
This temporary suspension of operations will allow us to go back to the drawing board and create strategies on re-opening, once the situation starts returning towards “normalcy” as we knew it before COVD 19 existed in our lives.
In the meantime, as we are sharpening our claws, one of our Verticals – “Tea Tradition Outdoor” is still going strong and we are equipped to serve you at your Door Step. We are more than happy to be part of any small or big moments of celebration in your family and to make them even more memorable with variety of teas and snacks.TT Outdoor, in a very short span of time, has received tremendous response and acceptance in the market and we are immensely grateful to our wonderful customers to give us an opportunity to serve them.
