Today's recipe -- Chicken finger
Ingredients --
1. Chicken Keema -- 250 gm
2. Onion paste -- 1 cup
3. Garlic paste -- 2 tbspn
4. Chilli powder --2 tspn
5. Salt -- to taste
6. Boiled potato -- 1 cup
7. Egg --1 pc
8. Bread crumbs
Procedure --
- Marinate the Keema in viniger
- Heat 2 tbspn refined oil in a pan
- Add onion, garlic paste & chilli powder
- fry it for sometime
- Add the marinated chicken Keema & mix it well
- Add mashed boiled potato
- Mix it and cook it very well
- Cool the mixture
- Shape it into a small finger
- Dip it in a mixture of egg & cornflower
- Coat it with bread crumbs
- Then deep fry
Your chicken finger is ready to serve

Today's recipe -- cheesy chicken balls
Ingredients--
1. Chicken -- 250gm
2. Cheese
3. Finely chopped onion -- 1 cup
4. Ginger & garlic paste -- 2 tbspn
5. Chilli powder -- 1 tspn
6. Boiled potato -- 1/2 cup
7. Salt to taste
8. Egg -- 1pc
9. Bread crumbs
Procedure --
- Heat 2 tbspn refined oil
- Add onion & fry sometime
- Add ginger garlic paste and chilli powder
- Mix all and fry sometimes
- Add chicken and cook it well
- Add massed potato
- Mix it and cook it very well
- Cool the mixture
- Make small chicken balls and staffed a small cube of cheese
- Coat chicken balls 1st with egg then with bread crumbs
- Then deep fry
Ready to serve cheesy chicken balls

Today's Recipe-- Chatpata aloo
Ingredients--Boiled Aloo, Dhania, Jeera, Fennel (Saunf), Kali Mirch, Red Chilli, Hing, Salt, Sugar, Refined Oil, Nimbu, Chopped Ginger, Chopped Garlic.
Procedure-- Half crush fried Dhania, Jeera, Fennel, Kali Mirch, Red chilli in a mixer. Now heat up some oil and add hing, chopped ginger and garlic. Fry it for some time. Now add the aloo in it. Add salt, haldi and sugar according to taste and fry it properly. now add the already prepared masala and mix it properly. Add some Nimbu to it.. Your delicious Chatpata Aloo is ready to serve.

Today's recipe -- Chicken Korma
Ingredients -- Chicken, Refined oil, Ghee, Onion Paste, Garlic Paste, Green Chilly Paste, Kashmiri Mirch Powder, Kaju Paste, Gota Garam Masala (Elaichi, Cinnamon, Cloves), Fresh Cream, Curd.
Procedure -- Marinate the chicken with curd and keep it for 3-4 hours. Heat up some oil and ghee in a pan and add gota garam masala to it. Add the onion paste and fry it for some time. Then one by one add the garlic paste and the green chilly paste and mix it properly. Add Kashmiri mirch powder and salt according to taste. Fry this properly. Then add the marinated chicken. Let the chicken cook for some time until it boils. After it is done add the kaju paste and cook for some time. Add some sahi garam masala and fresh cream and give it some standing time. Your Chicken Korma is ready to serve.

Today's recipe -- palak paneer
Ingredients-- palak, paneer, finely chopped garlic, green chilli paste, salt, refined oil, Fresh cream.
Procedure -- Soak the palak in boiling water for a minute & then in chilled water. Grind the palak in a grinder. Then heat up some oil in a pan & add the chopped garlic. Fry it for sometime and then add the palak paste. Then add the green chilli paste & salt. Mix it up properly & cook 5 mins. Then add the sliced paneer & stir it carefully so that the paneer remains intact. Add some fresh cream to it & your palak paneer is ready to be served....

Today's Recipe-Butter Chicken

Ingredients- Chicken, Curd, Onion paste, Garlic paste, Kaju paste, Green chilli paste, Salt, Butter, Refined oil, Gota Gorom Masala (Elaichi, Cinnamon, Cloves)

Procedure- Marignate the chicken with curd for an hour... Heat up a bit of refined oil and two table spoons of butter in a frying pan.. Add the garam masala to it.. Add the onion paste and fry it for some time.. Then add the garlic paste and the green chilli paste to it.. Then fry it till it turns brown... Then add the marignated chicken.. Mix it properly, add salt according to taste and leave it to boil for about 10-15 mins in low flame.. Then add the kaju paste and mix it properly and leave it for 3-5 mins again in low flame... Add some butter in it and cover it and after some standing time your delicious Butter Chicken is ready to be served...
