For three Years Earnest had been a host to multiple collaborative events. There has been music, art, food, craft, and so much more. For our final weekend in Jaipur, we'd like to invite you for a day of throwback to all the moments Earnest Backyard has seen. On Sunday, 22nd February, 2026, we'd like you to spend your day with us while the backyard comes alive with art, music, and craft.

With a heart both heavy and grateful, we'd like to inform our patrons that Earnest Jaipur will be closing its doors on March 1st, 2026.

Our three and a half years long journey has been an adventure full of challenges, difficulties, and a lot of learning. But more importantly it has been immeasurably rewarding in ways we never anticipated.

Along the way we've nurtured a lot of beautiful friendships and collaborations. We've enjoyed the company of and validations from both patrons and experts. One thing we're sure of is that we will never let these connections fade. Wherever Earnest goes all these people are coming with us, whether in person or in spirit.

Earnest was always meant to be a cultural space with an added benefit of great coffee and food. We are proud of the culture we've managed to build and the legacy we leave behind. The level of bonding among our team members is an evidence of how every one embodies the values and culture that Eanest stands for.

By all measures Earnest has been a successful project, and if it were not for circumstances beyond our control we would have loved to continue in this beautiful city we've grown to love as our home. Earnest has always been and remains a dream that is not tied to a particular place.

Our decision to close doors at this address does not imply the end of that dream, only that the dream now seeks a more nurturing bed. We will keep everyone updated on the journey of this dream and where it lands and grows roots. We hope to stay in touch with everyone who has shown us love and kindness over the years, and hope that our paths cross again!

We'd like to make our last month a celebration and a throwback to our time here. We hope to see all of you while we're still here, and make this month a memorable farewell while we re-live some memories and make new ones!

We've always been a small team of very dedicated people who work.behind the scenes to bring charm and delight to your experience at Earnest. Simple, flavourful and faithful. These three words describe one of our most popular dishes, the Hummus and Pita Platter. Cafe food is easily the best way to experiment with a diverse range of cuisines, ingredients and fusions. We are particularly proud of our selection of toasts. Fresh in-house bread topped with a diverse range of sauces and ingredients. Perfect for a healthy snack that can be paired with your favourite coffee or any other beverage.

Two of our favourites are the Spiced Honey Cottage Cheese Toast, and the Poached Egg Toast. Whether you're craving a delicious healthy breakfast or a midday snack, these are always our recommendations. Drop by and try them out of you haven't yet!
