I'm running a Restaurant in Jaigaon, a restaurant with a VC cooler, 2 Deep freezer but I've been facing a problem for the last 6 months with VC cooler. I've complained more than 10 times but the problem remains the same, I really admire TATA company but about service & product quality I'm totally disheartened,I must say about Voltas Company pathetic ... don't know about management system, I spoke with ASM they always give fake commitment, no solution from their end. May Voltas company play with US... market monopoly. Customer service answers only recorded pitches. And recently I'm called BSM Mr.Debojoti Barary Multiple times but no response comes to his end.Maybe he is busy with developing business, don't know what kind of business he looked up to.Iam not blaming any person but if a company doesn't care about after sales services, then soon company face problems, again I'm really trust a brand like Tata... but about product related my trust gone.lets see what happens next... I'm giving up my trust from Brands like Tata "Voltas".
