Six months ago, we opened Cafe HYD with one dream, to create the next-generation Hyderabadi café, where 90’s nostalgia meets a modern vibe. And today, being honoured with Debutant Café of the Year at the Restaurant Awards 2026 feels truly unreal.

At Cafe HYD, authentic Hyderabadi confectionery, fusion food, and our iconic Irani Chai & Bun Maska became more than a menu…they became memories.

This award belongs to my hardworking team, and to every customer who trusted us when we were new, walked in, ordered online, came once… and then made us their regular spot.
