World's most healthiest and tastiest as well, this drink you can consume any time of the day, before workout or post-workout. I consume it post workout.
It helps me replenish my body with required energy loss and vitamins as well as minerals and the protein that is there in the Milk.
If you want you can add your, protein supplement in it. I don't cause I have a systematic way of going about with my fitness regime. I don't supplement anything from outside (packaged) unless i don't find it natural and its not sufficient. As during the initial days of Body Building or your fitness goal whatever it is, you can very well fulfill your body's requirements of Protein, Carbohydrates, Fats, Minerals and Vitamins from Natural sources.
As you increase your intensity of exercise and you feel that you are lacking short of any of these things you can use supplements. This is how I go.
Anyways now we will see the Ingredients of My Post Workout Kicker:
1) Banana / Chiku / Papaya
2) Oats
3) Milk
4) Dates / Almonds / Peanuts
Mix all these ingredients in a mixer grinder and add more milk or water as per consistency and if you want more sweeter, add honey or jaggery which I don't and don't recommend either, but for the start you can.
