A proud moment for everyone at Taaza Kitchen! 🌿
Food Safety Officers from the Cyberabad Municipal Corporation recently inspected our Madhapur kitchen. We are proud to have achieved a 95% FoSCoS score—87 out of 92.
The inspection recognised our team’s good practices, including proper hygiene and safety gear, tested water quality, medical fitness records, FoSTaC-trained supervisors, regular cleaning and pest control, hot-water sterilisation of utensils, and properly labelled raw materials.
Food safety is a daily responsibility, not a one-time achievement. We sincerely thank the Cyberabad Municipal Corporation for recognising our efforts and guiding us on the one area requiring improvement. We are committed to addressing it and maintaining even stronger standards.
