Hello everyone,
You will recall that I had written a post a few days ago asking for financial help for our beloved Gautam da and his family, who runs a kitchen near EFLU and has been extremely hard hit by this pandemic, much like many other small business people. At the time I had thanked you all for reaching out so generously. Unfortunately, Gautam da had not foreseen that this crisis will extend for such a long period, and thinking that the funds he received were sufficient for the time being he had thanked you and let you know that his requirement was met.
However, the lockdown has been extended since then, and the current scenario does not indicate that there will be any possibility for business in the upcoming months. Their landlord insists that they pay full rent, failing which they will be forced to vacate. In this dire situation, there is absolutely no option but to once again look towards the students of EFLU to help him out. And given the response we received last time I have every confidence and hope that most of you will understand and reach out for help however you can. We all understand our responsibilities and our power to do our bit in these extraordinary times. Please share as far and wide as you can. You can donate in the same places as last time.
