Keeping one's ego in check or under control is essential; the problem is, cops who are way out of control in this regard are typically too foolish to recognize or admit that they have blundered!

They are considering themselves superior over the land of law and are jeopardising thousand of people livelihood as they are either directly employed or indirectly associated with the industry.

Smoking with a Ho**ah is permissible under Rule 4(3) and the expression "no other service should be allowed in a smoking area or space" obviously refers to services other than the providing of a Ho**ah. COTPA clearly makes a provision of regulation of smoking in public places, but it doesn't mean there's a prohibition as part of regulation!
