Happy to share the feedback of HotPot "Pot Biryani" from Mr. Vishnu Kompella. The review was shared on Zomato.

The trend of pot biryani has been all around Hyderabad and no place in Hyderabad is exception for this. Hot pot is a restaurant which is located in the vicinity of KPHB phase 6, which operates different varieties of biryani. Among them the pot biryani is famous.

With the edge of advantage of residing near by, i have passed the place couple of times and one fine day, dropped by the place to their biryani. I went along with my friend who was a fan of the k***a ( pot) biryani wanted to try this place against the big places who offer the traditional pot biryani.

As soon as we entered the place and comforted with water, with no wait,....we ordered for a chicken k***a biryani and we got it in no time. It was perfectly cooked, with chicken pieces and basmati rice. The flavor was more of pulao, but they prepared it in the kache biryani style, By cooking meat and rice separately and the again cooking them combined.

This made the chicken pieces infuse the flavor in rice and the scales of burnt left more flavor. Loved the biryani and the service was very good.

Would come for more varieties.
