All pastries are hand crafted by Chef Shilpa who received her diploma from ICC, USA. La Cherie was born out of my love and passion for baking. After 20 odd years in IT industry, I decided to change direction towards something sweeter. I packed my bag and headed to US for a 6 month intense 600 hrs hands on Diploma in Pastry Arts from ICC, Campbell, Ca, USA. La Cherie is founded on a single principal... fresh, preservative free, elegant pastries. With time, we plan to expand it.
