Six years ago, The Kitchen Table began with a simple dream and a love for cooking. Looking back, I never imagined the journey would be filled with so many challenges, but one thing has remained constant—you.

I can never thank you enough for trusting us, welcoming our food to your tables, and allowing us to cook for your families. Through the hardest chapter of our lives, cooking became more than just my profession—it became my strength, my therapy, and the reason we kept moving forward.

Every message, every repeat order, every recommendation, and every kind word has meant more than you'll ever know. Seeing you enjoy our food is what inspires us to keep creating and to keep believing.

Thank you for standing by our family, especially through our son Ruhaan's journey. Your support, kindness, and generosity have carried us through moments when we didn't know how we would continue. Many of you have become so much more than clients—you have become our extended family.

As we celebrate six years of The Kitchen Table, our hearts are filled with gratitude. We truly wouldn't be here without each and every one of you.

Last month the kitchen was full of laughter, stories, and the wonderful aromas of food being cooked together. Teaching these cookery classes has been such a joy — especially with such warm, curious, and enthusiastic people around the table.

Watching everyone chop, stir, taste, and slowly gain confidence in the kitchen is always the most rewarding part. Thank you for making the experience so special.

25 years later… and some things never change.

Meeting today took me straight back to my days at The Oberoi Grand. I was just a young learner in the kitchen, and though he trained me only for a few months, his hands-on style of teaching left a mark that never faded.

It’s funny how a few months of the right mentorship can shape years of your journey. Today, as I run my own kitchen and cook for so many, I know a small but meaningful part of that foundation was built by him.

Grateful for teachers who don’t just teach recipes… they teach you how to think, how to taste, how to lead.

And how beautiful that today, through his own culinary school so many more get to experience that same passion and discipline.
